These Terms define the legal framework for using the Saloni beauty salon management platform. They apply to all users and include your rights and obligations toward us.

📝 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any part of the Saloni platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these terms.
• You are 18 years of age or older, or have legal authority to enter contracts.
• The information you provided is accurate and truthful.

💄 2. Service Description

Saloni is a complete management system for beauty salons that allows you to:

• Create, manage, print, and export invoices as PDF.
• Manage staff and track their performance and commissions.
• Book and manage client appointments.
• Manage your services and products catalog.
• Access daily and financial reports.
• Customize your salon identity with logo and information.

💳 3. Subscriptions & Pricing

Two subscription plans are available:

• Annual Plan — $99 / year: Full access to all features for one year. Annual renewal required to continue.
• Lifetime Plan — $189 one-time payment: Permanent access to all current and future features with no renewal fees.

All prices are in US Dollars. Existing subscriptions will not be affected by any price increases.

🔄 4. Refund Policy

• Within 7 days of starting your subscription: Full refund, no questions asked.
• After 7 days: No refunds, except in exceptional cases evaluated individually by our team.
• Refunds do not apply to renewed subscriptions if the service was used during the renewal period.

✅ 5. Acceptable Use

Saloni must be used for legitimate purposes only. The following are prohibited:

• Using the system for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Sharing login credentials with anyone outside your salon team.
• Attempting to hack or tamper with Saloni's technical systems.
• Reselling or licensing the service to third parties without prior written permission.

🎨 6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Saloni platform — code, design, logos, and content — are the exclusive property of Saloni and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your own data (your salon, clients, and staff) remains your exclusive property, and you may export it at any time.

🛡️ 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Saloni services are provided "as is" with best efforts to ensure quality. We do not guarantee complete freedom from errors or uninterrupted service. You are responsible for creating backups of your important data.

🚫 8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend an account for violations of these terms or payment failures. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

⚖️ 9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In case of any dispute, we commit to attempting an amicable resolution first within 30 days. If unsuccessful, the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction.

🔄 10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms with prior notice via email or an in-system notification. Continued use of the system after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
